Best fitness advice
To get fit and retain your fitness you must enjoy the process. Without enjoyment of the process, your fitness will only be temporary. Keep it interesting, varied and fresh….
What do you want to achieve with your clients?
I focus on creating engaging programmes of work that are tailored to your personal ambitions. I like to understand where you are with your fitness today and where you want to be in the future and I take the time to make sure we are both clear on this before we start working together. Whether your target is simply to get fit and tone up or
something more serious such as stamina or strength training, I will ensure you reach your target. I like to work closely with you, not only developing an appropriate plan for you but also to motivate and engage with you throughout the process.
How do you stay in shape?
My background is in cross country and track running, where I reached national standard. Now I enjoy long distance swimming. I am regular in the gym and attend many and varied classes/group activities at the Sports Centre.
