Basingstoke Sports Trust offers scholarships for athletes when they have become county representative level or higher in their selective sports.  We know how important it is to support our local athletes especially with the opportunity of competing at national level. A scholarship gives the athlete access to our facilities, to enable them to train for free and take advantage of our first class facilities.

Scholars are selected depending on their age, occupation and where they live and need to be thirteen years or above.

The interview selection takes place with a panel of councillors, trustees and sports specialists, and each year up to 12 athletes are chosen for this award.
