bstFitness, Newbury have an exciting opportunity for a Duty Manager/ Deputy General Manager to join the team. As well as whole-site responsibility when acting as a Duty Manager and being integral to the success of the Club you will have specific responsibilities for supporting the General Manager in increasing sales and retention within the Club.
 

You will have experience in supervising a team in a customer focused Leisure, Health and Fitness, Hospitality or similar customer facing role and the following experience:

  • Working in a Sales environment
  • Building Operations (preferably in a wet and dry site)
  • An understanding of COSHH, RIDDOR and Health and Safety requirements
  • Relevant Health and Safety qualification (or ability to gain)
  • Emergency Response Certificate or equivalent (or ability to gain)
  • Pool Plant Operators training (or ability to gain)

You will be working 30 hours per week with which will include weekday and weekend working.
