This is a senior leadership level vacancy that has arisen due to the impending retirement of the current post holder. Reviewed and revised, the Head of Customer Experience will focus on improving our customer experience across the entire business as well as within the post holder’s considerable areas of responsibility.
The post is based at our head office in Basingstoke, Hampshire. This is a challenging role where you can use your experience and influence to make a huge impact for our customers.
