You’ll be entrepreneurial in your approach to deliver a diverse and exciting studio timetable and be proactive in seeking out opportunities to utilise the spaces. You’ll want to be continually monitoring standards and performance and will drive constant improvement in the quality of service offered to our customers.
You will need to be prepared to work flexibly as and when the role requires to meet the needs of the business, this will include some evening and weekend working as part of your rota. You have the ability to earn additional income from delivering/covering classes outside of your hours. You’ll also need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of working with Membership Database systems, ideally Legend.
